J.S. Johnston has been writing books since he was nine years old. His first was about Pacman and his friends, written in pen and ink on notebook paper and bound with yarn. He took it to every house in his neighborhood in the Ohio suburbs, but no one bought a single copy. Born and raised on Star Trek, he put a lot of its wonder and exploration in his writings.
