Autorenporträt
Dabney Stuart is the author of fourteen books of poetry, including Settlers and Long Gone; three books of short stories; and a book of criticism. His writing has appeared in such publications as The New Yorker, Paris Review, Southern Review, Yale Review, and Gettysburg Review. He is the recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts fellowships, the Bess Hokins Prize from Poetry, a Virginia Individual Artist Fellowship, and a Guggenheim Fellowship, among other honors. He lives in Lexington, Virginia.
