Monique de Souza Bloise, eine Ernährungswissenschaftlerin mit Abschluss an der UFRJ, hat sich an der UFF auf Familiengesundheit spezialisiert, ist Sanitäterin an der UFRJ, hat einen Master in öffentlicher Gesundheit an der ENSP/Fiocruz erworben und promoviert an der UFRJ in Epidemiologie. Heute koordiniert sie das Informationszentrum mit einem Team von Analytikern und Statistikern einer sozialen Organisation.
