In the humanitarian domain today, refugees make up one of the most specific groups of vulnerable people in the world. They generally face a variety of difficulties. In most cases, these are people fleeing their homes to escape persecution, armed conflict or violence and face restrictive policies in host countries, including employment. They are largely dependent on humanitarian aid from states or, intergovernmental or non-governmental international institutions. This work would like to show how Central African Republic refugees are being managed by Cameroon in the Lolo locality in East Cameroon, in the domains of physical, food and health security as well as education and empowerment, with the support of international institutions, particularly UNHCR and partners, including: the African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD), the International Medical Corps (IMC), the Lutheran World Federation (LWF), African Humanitarian Action (AHA), Plan International, Women Agriculture and Rural Development Association (WARDA) and the Agency for Economic and Social Development (ADES).
