Chris Brady is a singer, songwriter, musician, former elementary school teacher, advocate for animal rights, and cat lover. He has degrees in psychology and education, and is a certified literacy specialist. He decided to combine his collective passions for children, writing, and his cats to create this new book series, The Many Adventures of Bukowski the Cat. Chris lives in Philadelphia, PA, with his wife and their rescued pets (4 cats and a Jackhuahua). On top of their full-time regular jobs, Chris and his wife own and operate "Harrison's Halfway House" Foster and Rescue Sanctuary for local cats and kittens. Chris hopes this book series proves to be one that children and cat lovers will enjoy, share, and want to follow along with Bukowski the Cat's adventures for years to come. Chris is a die-hard Philadelphia Flyers fan, and a collector of Superman memorabilia.
