To develop a new scientific theory that explains a phenomenon is not an easy enterprise, especially when it concerns social behaviour. Few have this gift where they propound new theories about nature, human behaviour, or the physical world. Emulating well-known theorists in the twentieth century and a few other geniuses, this author theorises on discrimination behaviour in work places using the deductive method, and offers significant catching propositions that need to be investigated and as a result set the reader into deep thinking. This treatise offers a number of sounding propositions such as "War is a disorder," "Superiority is attained not given," and "We are all Homo Sapiens," in the attempt to champion the banishment of this negative behaviour in this modern society.
