Regina Márcia B. de Souza is a psychologist with a PhD in psychology in the area of learning, organizational processes and work from UFSC/Brazil. She is currently an associate professor at the State University of Londrina/Brazil, where she works in teaching, research and postgraduate studies. She is a consultant and author of books and scientific articles.
