Haruhi is a cute, determined girl, starting high school in a city where nothing exciting happens. She organizes an after-school club known as the S.O.S. Brigade whose mission is to seek out the extraordinary. Their second mission is keeping Haruhi happy--because even though she doesn't know it, Haruhi has the power to destroy the universe.
