Apostle Marcia E. Rhoe, a native of Kinston, N.C., has been pastoring Destiny Ministries since 1998, serving in team ministry, as One, with her husband, Apostle Frederick Rhoe. In all endeavors, her heart is to invest God's love into a corporate family, teaching them how to administrate the family business-the Kingdom of God.
