Weining C. Chang is a psychologist, born in China, educated in Taiwan (BA in Law, National Taiwan University) and the United States (PhD in Psychology, University of Houston). Her intense interest in culture and psychology brought her to Graduate School of Education Harvard University. She has conducted extensive research and teaching in the United States, Singapore and China. Currently based in Singapore, she divides her time between Singapore, China and the United States.
