These fiendish characters and other malevolent forces are the cause of many a misfortune, mishap, and misadventure that is about to befall the mischievous and clever Bungles the clown and his eccentric troupe of circus performers. Among them are an outspoken midget showman, a flabby Bavarian strongman, an enigmatic, pretzel-like contortionist, a retired British ace and human cannonball, as well as two internationally famous flamenco dancing lobsters. Their only hope is to put on the grandest and most magnificent circus show seen in years, aptly named Spectacle Spectacular, to be able to raise enough money to save the circus and assure that they will live to perform another day.
