Brittney Smith is a graphic designer, illustrator, and photographer. She enjoys full-time work with a design agency, and also has her own freelance illustration and photography business. Brittney enjoys spending time being mindful in nature at her family cottage on Long Lake accompanied by her dog Bean.Julia Haddad is a registered social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work. She has facilitated mindfulness groups for children, teens, and adults, as well as using mindfulness tools in her clinical practice. Julia has two young children and is looking forward to using her own practice of mindfulness (and this book!) to help teach them about healthy ways to process and understand their emotions.Alina Tassone is an occupational therapist and yoga teacher with a Bachelor of Health Promotion and a Master of Science in occupational therapy. She loves incorporating mindfulness into her clinical practice, particularly when paired with a little forest bathing. Alina has experienced the power of mindfulness in her own life, helping her to ride the waves of difficult emotions and soak in the sweetness of everyday moments.
