Jim Binney, D.Min. is founder and director of Shepherd's Care Ministries International, based in the Philippines. His ministry includes a counseling and training emphasis for those in Christian service. He comes well qualified for this role as a former pastor, Bible college professor, chair of the graduate division of biblical counseling of Northland Baptist Bible College, author, and counselor of pastors for over three decades.
