Jay Impellizzeri grew up in New York City and Philadelphia. He earned B.A.s in history and economics at the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. at Georgetown University. He practiced as a consulting legal researcher and writer. Widowed, he lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with his cat. This is his first work of fiction.
