Cathy Qureshi is a first-time author, but a long-term reader of self-help literature. She is now excited to share her personal strategies which have been time-tested in the field with friends, family and colleagues. As a busy mom and volunteer, she writes at night, and by day she works for a local non-profit, and juggles an ever-changing array of family and community responsibilities.
