This book focuses on the intervening role of corporate governance on the relation between capital structure and firm value of companies quoted in the Nairobi Stock Exchange. John Wanga Juma obtained a master of Business Administration degree from University of Nairobi, Kenya in the year 2010. He specialized in Accounting and Finance. He is a certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified public Accountants of Kenya. Curretly, he is pursuing his Doctorate studies at the same University.
