Autorenporträt
David Kopel is an adjunct professor of constitutional law at the University of Denver, as well as research director of the Independence Institute, in Denver, and an adjunct scholar with the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. He is author of 20 books and over 100 scholarly journal articles. His scholarship and briefs have been cited by Justices Stevens, Breyer, Alito, Thomas, and Kavanaugh. His work has also been cited in over 50 opinions from lower federal courts and state appellate courts.
