This system has undergone eighteen reforms, from independence to the present day, but its performance is worsening from one year to the next, through the manifestation of a set of deficiencies that are both qualitative and quantitative: the non-generalization of basic education, lack of infrastructure, mediocre performance, poor student orientation, graduate unemployment and poor administrative and financial management... . Indeed, the Moroccan education system needs urgent and effective reform, and the involvement of all components of society (parents, students and civil society...) in the reform process. This reform requires not only money, but also sound and rational management, strict discipline in schools and national will.
