Autorenporträt
Penny Worms has 30 years' experience writing, editing, and producing children's books. She has written many noteworthy nonfiction and activity books, including Wallace & Gromit's World of Invention (HarperCollins Children's Books, 2010) in association with Aardman and the BBC, Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures & Glorious Inventions (Carlton Books, 2008), A History of the World with Google Earth (Carlton Books, 2012), a number of books in Carlton Books' hugely successful Creativity Book series, and a series of math books for Arcturus Publishing. In 2019, she founded the independent publishing company Mama Makes Books. The Most Important Animal of All was one of their first books-a Books for Topics' Best Books of 2021 for best curriculum support for children aged 5 to 7.
