Michael Vannoy Adams is a Jungian analyst in private practice in New York City, a faculty member at the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association, and an associate professor at the New York University School of Social Work. He isthe author of "The Multicultural Imagination: "Race," Color, and the Unconscious" (Routledge, 2006)" "and "The Fantasy Principle: Psychoanalyses of the Imagination" (Routledge, 2004) andhas received three Gradiva Awards from the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis.
