Erfolg ist einfach

Das Schöne an angelsächsischer Management-Literatur ist, daß sie oft so frisch, bodenständig, werktagsbezogen und locker daherkommt. Zudem ist sie gnadenlos positiv und gelegentlich durchaus etwas schlicht. "The Naked Leader" macht in dieser Kollektion keine Ausnahme. Hier ein Beleg: Folgender Satz findet sich im Werk des amerikanischen Bestseller-Autors David Taylor: "Wenn Sie etwas anderes erreichen wollen, dann müssen Sie auch etwas anderes tun." So ist es wohl. Der Autor ergänzt gleich: "Das mag Ihnen ziemlich banal vorkommen." Das stimmt auf jeden Fall. Aber das Buch hat mehr als Spott verdient, weil es doch sehr gut gegliedert ist und prägnant erläutert, wie man persönlich erfolgreicher werden kann.
