Autorenporträt
Hamish Morrison lives in Ayr. He was educated at Kilmarnock Academy and Dartmouth Royal Naval College. Following naval service he had a career in economic development and latterly represented the Scottish fishing industry. His naval background combined with a lifelong interest in literature and a fascination with 18th Century Scottish history are dominant influences in his novel the Narrow Sea.
