This research work deals with moral damages and considers it to be of great relevance because its usefulness lies in providing detailed, objective and as complete information as possible in order to compensate in some way for the lack of information in today's society about who is entitled to claim for moral damages, serving for those people who may be indirectly harmed by a damaging event.
