Knowledge has become the key to technical innovation. It enables and results in the development of new competences, products, services as well as the improvement of organisational work activities. Thus, the importance and meaning of knowledge in this area holds much significance. To enhance our understanding of knowledge management, this project paper focuses specifically on how to create an understanding for the transfer of knowledge through a film project and how this knowledge can be utilized later on.

Vimala Perumal graduated from Multimedia University, in the field of film and animation. She then started her career teaching visual research and communication at the same University, where she obtained a Masters degree in Knowledge Management. She is currently pursuing her doctorate studies in the field of film production and knowledge management.
