Autorenporträt
Darina Allen is the co-founder of the Ballymaloe Cookery School which has been delivering a first class culinary education since 1983. She is the author of 20 cookbooks and has won many awards including the 2013 UK Guild of Food Writers Lifetime Achievement Award.
