Alexander Chursin, Dr. of Economics with a PhD in Engineering, is CEO adviser in JSC "Russian Space Systems", Academic Advisor in the Industry Management Center at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, has been working in executive positions in industry and scientific educational institutions for more than 50 years. He is an author of 24 patented inventions in the field of instrumentation and control system design and has published over 130 articles and 30 monographs. In recent years, he engaged in research in product management and organization competitiveness, as well as ensuring the success of domestic products in the world markets. Among others, he is a Scientific Council member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the New York Academy of Science. Andrey Tyulin, Dr. of Economics with a PhD in Engineering, is the CEO of JSC "Russian Space Systems" and Professor at the Peoples' FriendshipUniversity of Russia, the Department of Applied Economic Studies. Tyulin has been working in executive positions in high-tech industries for more than 15 years. He was involved in strategic planning and managing of large science-intensive productions. Having authored over 50 scientific works on economic and technical topics, Tyulin's research is devoted to the issues of managing unique competencies and striving towards a high economic sustainability. For his contributions to science and technology, he was awarded the Russian Federation Government Award.
