R. Barry Andrews spent twenty-one years as the Executive Director of Police Training Institute, Inc., a national non-profit advanced law enforcement training organization. In 2006, he was given the opportunity to teach at the F.B.I. Academy in Quantico, Va. He is a former police officer.
