Oscar Edoror Ubhenin es profesor de administración pública en la Universidad Ambrose Alli, Nigeria. Anteriormente trabajó para la legislatura del Estado de Edo en diversas funciones. Ha asistido a programas de investigación y desarrollo en África, Europa y América del Norte. Sus intereses actuales de investigación son la política pública, la gobernanza y la justicia social.
