Kim C. Lee, a lover of stories that tickle the heart, is a children's book author and literacy advocate. As a mother, she can attest to the importance of diverse representation in literature and the impact that its absence and presence can have on children. While Kim's journey began with a gift of love for her son, she continues to write with the goal of ensuring that all children know that their perspectives and experiences are valued.
