Peaceful and collaborative utilization, preservation and cultivation of the Nile River and it basin is the only wisdom to development and friendly relations of the region and its people.

Sintayehu Kassaye Alemu, studied History and Education (MA Degrees) at Addis Ababa University (Ethiopia) and Umea University (Sweden) respectively. Assistant professor in History at Mekelle University (Ethiopia, Tigray). Currently, an Erasmus Mundus European Master student in Higher Education.
