My book, "The No Fluff Zone", was written to signify the no nonsense zone ideally. Instead of implementing research from outside data, I relied on my own experiences that I went through myself. I talk about what was helpful, hard and healing. I focus on the perspective and mindsets I had throughout my experiences and how they helped me overcome obstacles. The minute I got out of the no non-sense zone, I became better, faster, more efficient and open-minded. I created and personally made this book to help you unlock the best version of YOU.
