Autorenporträt
Regina Hölzl, Ph.D (1995) University of Vienna, Austria, is Director of the Egyptian and Near Eastern Collection of the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. She has published monographs and many articles on collection holdings and has organized several exhibitions. Michael Neumann, Mag.phil. (2008) University Vienna, is Lecturer at universities in Vienna and Salzburg. Robert Demarée, Ph.D (1983) University of Amsterdam, is affiliated fellow of Leiden University. He has published monographs, articles and translations on aspects of the social history of Ancient Egypt, including a dissertation on ancestor worship and publications of documents concerning the workmen's community of Deir el-Medina.
