That was interesting because Badger never loved on any of his other mules. Only Mule." Mule was born in the Flint Hills of Kansas around 1860. He was the result of a cross between his Mammoth donkey father and a beautiful bay mare named Bonita. All mules have personalities of their own and Mule certainly created a name for himself as he grew from a baby to an adult outside of Kansas City, Kansas. In this book, an old journal combined with a battered painting bring the story of Mule to life, 161 years after he lived. Was Mule's story a true part of the history of Kansas and Wyoming? I like to think so!
Autorenporträt
Rosie Bosse was raised on a small farm in North Central Kansas. Her father's passions were horses and cattle, so livestock were a big part of her life. They continue to be because she married a rancher. They live in Kansas in the middle of nowhere and cattle production is their livelihood. May you enjoy reading her stories as much as she has enjoyed creating them.
