Anise is a certified holistic nutritionist and mother of three living in Calgary, Alberta. When Anise moved to Canada in 2009, she developed a love for nutrition and was intrigued by the idea of food as medicine as well as the mind-body-soul connection. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014 and started Honoured Journey Prenatal Yoga Retreats, which specializes in yoga, empowerment and nourishment for the mama-to-be. She believes that choosing local, whole-food, in-season ingredients is a way to love ourselves and our family.
