Autorenporträt
Stephanie Mendelson was born and raised on Long Island about an hour outside of Manhattan. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University at Albany and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Dowling College. She founded and runs a charity organization called Family Autism Network supporting special needs families. Stephanie lives with her husband, two teenage children and her two dogs who she claims are the nicest and cleanest ones in the house. She has spent the last few years as the primary caregiver for her aging parents. Her experience compelled her to write this book and share her story with others who may find familiarity and comfort by reading it. She infuses her unique wit and humor into everything she shares. The 'O' with the Green Leaves is her first book. In her spare time she enjoys lounging with her rescue dogs and clicking 'add to Cart' on Amazon. She also enjoys her time with friends and family.
