Lex Taylor is the author of Grill Fire, was the winner of Esquire’s “The Next Great Burger,” and has been featured on Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. Lex specializes in traditional cooking techniques such as smoking, curing, pickling, and pastries. Combining his love of food, history, and popular culture, Lex is known to improvise amazing recipes for popular television series, including his favorite Bridgerton.  Nathan Gurr is a cocktail and spirits expert, program manager, beverage director, woodworker, naturalist, and adventurer. As a barman specializing in American whiskeys and cocktails, he develops bar programs for high end New York City establishments and has worked extensively with the Zabar family as a beverage director at their restaurants. His expertise has been sought by both private and commercial clients, crafting whiskey tastings and cocktails for brands such as Bvlgari; Agent Provocateur; TJX Companies; Ajinomoto Co., Inc; and more. He has been featured in publications such as  Forbes, Men’s Health, GQ, and Time Out, and as a recognized whiskey authority among industry legends Jimmy and Eddie Russel in UPROXX’s exploration of the US bourbon boom.
