The treatment of the diseases of the orbit and visual pathway has been a challenge to both the opthamologists and the neurosurgeons. The present report deals with the criteria of the operational procedures and the diseases demanding surgical intervention. Special emphasis has been given to diagnostic problems, dealt with extensively in the first part of this publication.
