The most dreadful means they have used are : The ethnic segregation in schools, the promotion of chiefs who brutalized the modest population, the ethnic confrontation that led to the 1960 troubles that caused the Tutsi refugees of 1960, who returned to the Country by the 1990 to 1994 war and its consequences on the population and the Country in general. This considerable tension thus created led to the genocide gradually and in 1994 it was honor and barbarism that covered the hills of Rwanda.
