In this book, the author presents a study of the Church s teaching on the orphaned and abandoned child. And alluding tothe bishops, as well as experiences with orphanages in Nigeria and the Catholic CHESS Project, the author proposes a new thesis which he articulates in ADOPTOLOGY recommending a certain form of adoption.

Rev.Fr. Dr. JohnBosco Ezehi is a priest of the Diocese of Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria. With Doctorate in Social Doctrine from the Lateran University, Rome, he lectures at the Seminary of All Saints, Ekpoma, Nigeria. He is the Rector of the Institute of Theological Studies (ITS) & the Director of Catechesis in Uromi Diocese & of Catholic CHESS Project
