Smith Department of Neurosurgery, McGovern Medical School, University of Texas Health Science Center, at the Texas Institute for Restorative Neurotechnologies. He has published widely on the neurobiology of syntax, language evolution, and current topics in semantics, pragmatics and philosophy.
