Autor

Eric Brousseau is Professor of Economics and Management at the University Paris-Dauphine, PSL where he holds the Governance and Regulation Chair. He is the director of the PSL Institute for Applied Computational Social Science. Previously, he held positions at Sorbonne-Paris-Nord, Nancy and Paris-Nanterre Universities, and at the EUI. He is the founder of the Institutional & Organizational Economics Academy, and past-President of the Society for Institutional & Organizational Economics. Jean-Michel Glachant is Professor at the Florence School of Regulation, EUI and President of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). He was Professor at the University Paris-Saclay before joining EUI. He has been an advisor at the European Commission and of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE). He has also been the founding editor-in-chief of Economics of Energy and Environmental Policy and is a member of the Board of Editors of Energy Journal. Jérôme Sgard is Professor of Political Economy, Sciences Po Paris. Previously he was senior research fellow at the Center for Prospective Studies and International Information (CEPII) and Associate Professor of Economics at Paris Dauphine University.
