Produktbeschreibung
This book presents the institutional design and implementation data of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) in Brazil, and also in the state of Tocantins. It provides a summary of the relationships between family farmers and other agents participating in the institutional family farming market in the state. Methodological procedures were used in its construction, such as interviews and questionnaires with the agents participating in this market, which made it possible to analyze two empirical experiences of the PAA in the state, one of which is collective, located in the municipality of Araguaína- TO, where farmers access it collectively, and the other, located in the municipality of Palmas TO, where access is individual. We recommend reading this book, especially to professionals who work with family farmers, food security professionals, public managers and anyone interested in building an institutional market for family farming.
