Damilola S. Olawuyi, SAN, FCIArb is Professor of Petroleum, Energy and Environmental Law at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar. He is also Chancellor's Fellow and Director of the Institute for Oil, Gas, Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development (OGEES Institute) at Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He is an Independent Expert of the Working Group on Extractive Industries, Environment, and Human Rights Violations in Africa, formed by the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. Eduardo G. Pereira is Professor of Natural Resources and Energy Law, and is a full-time, part-time, honorary, associate, adjunct, researcher and/or visiting scholar at a number of other leading academic institutions around the world (including the University of West Indies, Siberian Federal University, Russia, University of São Paulo, Strathmore University, Agostinho Neto University, University of Aberdeen, and Externado University of Colombia, among others).
