With an interdisciplinary research agenda encompassing organization behavior, workplace spirituality, workplace wellbeing and fulfillment, sustainability, servant leadership, mindfulness, social entrepreneurship, education, organization development, and Eastern and Western philosophy in leadership, Professor Dhiman holds a PhD in Social Sciences from Tilburg University, the Netherlands, an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, an MBA from West Coast University, Los Angeles, and a Master's degree in Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, having earned the Gold Medal. He is the Founder-Director of Forever Fulfilled, a Los Angelesbased Well-being Consultancy that focuses on workplace wellness, workplace spirituality, and self-leadership. Gary E. Roberts, (Ph.D. in Public Affairs, 1989, University of Pittsburgh) is an Adjunct Professor of Public Administration in the Robertson School of Government at Regent University and teaches human resource management. He has served at Regent University for 19 years, and before coming to Regent University in 2003, he has served at Florida International University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the University of Memphis, holding various leadership positions. Before his full-time academic career, Dr. Roberts worked in various roles in human resource management and research analyst positions within local government, non-profit sector, and private industry. He has helped launch several nonprofits while serving on nonprofit boards and providing technical assistance to start-up nonprofits. Professor Roberts' research interests include Christian servant leadership within the human resource management system and the influence of spiritual intelligence on personal and organizational well-being. His work is widely cited in the academic literature in performance appraisal, human resource management, and servant leadership. With 5 books and 55 plus articles and book chapters, he has published extensively, primarily in human resource management, with direct relevance to the public and nonprofit sectors. His latest books include Working the Christian Servant Leader Spiritual Intelligence and Servant Leader Human Resource Management: A Moral and Spiritual Perspective.
