Nils Westphal is an advisor, management coach, trainer and facilitator of workshops. He has been a business advisor for nearly 20 years. In this capacity, he's worked on projects in in-house consulting, process performance improvement, and strategy implementation in a variety of different industries for companies based out of Europe, the U.S., South Africa, and Singapore. Prior to establishing himself in the U.S. in 2016, he moved to South Africa for five years to found and run an NGO together with his wife, Corinne Westphal. It was during that time that he also worked as a senior advisor to a Big Four Advisory and to one of the largest insurance companies in Africa. He now works independently out of Central Oregon. He is the father of the Five Elements Method(TM), a new and applicable approach to increase performance in any team environment. Improving performance for both companies and individuals has always been the main focus of Nils' work. This has led him to develop a wide range of knowledge and skills in order to help his clients. He's consistently been the "Go-to Guy" to quickly identify the root of problems, uncover and focus on solutions, and work with companies and people to improve and grow.
