Nertila H. Ljarja was born on 16. 06. 1971. In 1993, she graduated in the branch of History. In 2009, she completed her doctorate in the field of History. Since September 2016, she has held the scientific title ¿Professor Doctor¿. She has published some university manuals and the monography ¿The Catholic Church and the Communist Regime in Albaniä.
