Dr. Ingve Björn Stjerna ist Rechtsanwalt in Düsseldorf und befasst sich seit rund einem Jahrzehnt intensiv mit der europäischen Patentreform. Er ist Beschwerdeführer in den Verfassungsbeschwerdeverfahren 2 BvR 739/17 und 2 BvR 2217/20 gegen die Ratifikation des Übereinkommens über ein Einheitliches Patentgericht.
