This work summarizes one month of internship of end of cycle carried out in the research center of the National Institute for the Study and the Agronomic Research of YANGAMBI in abbreviation INERA/YANGAMBI. During this one-month internship, we were able to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during the training at the IFA/YANGAMBI, while being confronted with the real difficulties of the working world and team management. After a quick integration in the team, we had the opportunity to make several field trips. This internship was very enriching, because it allowed us to discover the agricultural field, its actors, constraints. It allowed us to participate concretely in its stakes through management missions. This internship also allowed us to understand that administrative missions were not the most adapted to our profile. We prefer to move towards a position related to project management. This experience allowed us to answer the questions we had concerning the means used by companies to adapt to the changes in their environment.
