Tam read the article, her eyes filled with tears, and whispered, The past that built me. As her tears blurred the words, nature itself seemed to respond. A heavy rain began, powerful and relentless, like the storms of her past.It was like the first day she wore the cream-colored sandals given by the neighbors. Back then, her mother and grandmother carried her, shielding her from the rain with a long black coat, ensuring she wouldnt get wet. But now, in this moment, Tam didnt need to be sheltered. She needed the rain. She needed to feel it, embrace it, and breathe it in.Without hesitation, she ran outside, raising her arms to the sky and dancing with the rain. Each drop was a memory, a reminder of the strength she had gained. She danced as the woman she had become: independent, strong, and triumphant. The rain wasnt something to shield herself from anymore; it was something she had learned to conquer. The past had built her, and now, she was free.
