E.M.MAUS BURROW MYSTERIES, THE PATH TO GRAVE DANGER, is a children's book that tells the story of the history of a town in Pennsylvania, but with a twist. That's because, even though this unique and imaginative tale takes place in the historic Borough of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, the actual story is told from the other Burrow of E.M.Maus, an underground colony inhabited by very intelligent mice.

Bob Boehmer, Artist, Illustrator, Teacher, Writer, and Dreamer still finds inspiration to create his original art and now books from the small historic Borough of Emmaus, where he lives, and the rural Pennsylvania countryside where he grew up. For as long as he can remember, Bob has been drawing wildlife and painting landscapes. Some of Bob's fondest childhood memories are of the times he spent wandering through the woods and streams around his boyhood home. As an art teacher for thirty-eight years, and the project coordinator for the Space Shuttle Blake Project, Bob combined his love for art education from Kutztown University, where he received both his B. S. and M. Ed. degrees, and his passion for aerospace science to stimulate and challenge all those who have the courage to imagine. While working with NASA education and the space shuttle program for over twenty years, Bob also received national recognition for integrating science, math, art, and technology. His professional awards include the 1993 Finalist for Pennsylvania's Teacher Of The Year, The Presidential Award for Excellence in Science and Math Teaching, The U.S. Space Academy Wings Teaching Award, The NASA Teacher in Space Program Award, and the Christa McAuliffe Fellowship Award.
